To this he dedicates nine hours, walking an average of 15 kilometers a day. He will not even tell his wife where to look truffles, because a great secrecy reigns in this world. This year, due to the little rain, it is not being good for the truffles, whose price has become more expensive. Their prices fluctuate every week and in November they were around 5.000 euros the kilo.
