It has been presented, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, Momentos Cava. This work dedicated to "one of the most seductive drinks in the world", as highlighted Rafael Anson, during the ceremony.

The work edited by the Planet Group has the collaboration of the Association of Friends of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Spain.

Currently, cava is not only produced in Catalonia

El digging, has built its prestige, history and exceptional quality since Catalonia. It is still the engine of digging Spanish. Today it is also produced in other regions, such as Valenciana, Navarra, Aragon or Extremadura.

In this book, prefaced by Anson, it is confirmed that "the moments of cava are all". What each participating sommelier explains - how Jaume Estruch, Guillermo Cruz or Juan Muñoz- specialists in wine tourism. They have also collaborated Spanish Nutrition Foundation (PHEN) and the Mediterranean Diet Foundation.

The work includes recipes to harmonize with cava from some of the great Catalan chefs. We meet Joan Roca, Carme Ruscalleda, Sergio and Javier Torres, Albert Adrià, Jordi Cruz and Oriol Castro and the rest of those responsible to enjoy.
