In this way, and although they are only 40 hectares, he agrees with the Government of Extremadura and the winegrowers of the area of Almond grove they will be able to expand the cultivated area.

The Spanish Government authorized that it be the same appellation of origin that could limit the cultivation area. In this way the DO Cava limited the plantations of new wine surface to elaborate the DO Cava sparkling wine. The government also authorized that the Cava Denomination of Origin could limit the replanting and conversion rights of replanting. All of this was motivated by the supra-autonomous nature of the DO Cava, which had to be authorized by the central government after the pertinent consultations with the affected autonomies. However, the government ceded the right to the aforementioned appellation of origin.
