From September 6 to September 15, the Aragonese city celebrates the Teruel Ham Fair and Quality Food. This year in the XXXV edition the activities return cultural, gastronomic, folkloric and even sports. But also the competitions and even a summit of Cooks. All events for both locals and tourists to enjoy a product with DOP Teruel. In this article we present a small summary of what you can find there these days.
General program of the Teruel Ham Fair
Town hall, Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin Protected Ham of Teruel and the Fair institution 'City of Teruel' organize this big date. In an uninterrupted schedule from ten in the morning to eight in the afternoon, all kinds of activities will take place. Of course, almost all of them around the star product of Teruel gastronomy. This, at all times accompanied by other delicious delicacies typical of the Aragonese region.
In this context, the Teruel Ham Fair 2019 deploys its program for all audiences with some outstanding appointments such as the introductory course to ham cut. But also the discussion forum about this purely Spanish food on Friday the 13th or a practical workshop entitled 'Smell, smell and taste with the brain'.
