Espigoladors is a non-profit project and that from Grandesproductos.com we want to recognize our solidarity mascot, Ayumi.
The project has three main axes: In the first place, the gleaning based on collecting fruit and vegetables with some defect for the market, this task is carried out with volunteers and people at risk of social exclusion, the food collected is mostly donated to social entities. A small part of what is collected is used to make sauces and jams using this imperfect fruit and is marketed for social purposes, this being the second objective and finally its third objective is to hold workshops so that citizens value food and food is not wasted.
